KG provided a truly professional bid to repair my tree root penetrated clay pipe sewer line. While viewing the sewer line with his camera, he walked me through what he thought needed to be done, not what I wanted to hear based on other bids I had already received. First class all the way.

I had my old air conditioners removed and replaced with new. I worked with Joe Ramos to select a new, Bosch AC/Heat Pump and Bill Fischer-Gibson lead the install team. The work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion and both were easy and pleasant to work with. The system has been up and running for 24 hours and so far is working flawlessly. All and all a rewarding experience so far.

Jeff Conklin was here to replace some aluminum wiring and did a safety check on some other outlets. Very precessional and friendly. The service was reasonably priced, and I would gladly work with him again!

His estimate was by far the best, his professionalism was way better than the other company, he explained that they offer a 20 year warranty, he explained the entire process of how the job would go if they did the work, etc. He was very thorough, and definitely not trying to oversell me, and I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need any sewer line work!

The first appointment we made with them, they no call and no showed us. We were finally able to have them come out a week later. Billy came out to look at our house for a split AC to be installed. It's been about one week and we still haven't recieved the quote that we paid for.

Justin spent quality time assessing our best options for replacing our water tank (that is 11 yrs old & showing some cracking.) We went over an Energy Star 50 gallon water tank w/10 year warranty. Then several more standard 50 gallon water tanks. I had been most interested in a Tankless water heater and Justin noted it would mean getting a gas line in front of our home and excessive demands on our gas consumption and more than twice as expensive as the tank options. Justin offered a lot of helpful information.

Went to the basement to throw a load of laundry in and found water spraying from the intake hose. Precision was able to get to me that day and walked me through my options. In the end, it was a better investment to replace the entire water heater and get everything in the aging house up to code. David W. got everything taken care of in one day and helped work through some deals to get the price down a bit as well. Update 30 April 2021: Turns out the previous owners did some creative plumbing leading a leak in a basement wall. Patrick showed up early, fixed the problem and was able to take a look at a loose shower handle as well. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but we'll be back if we do.

I joined the service club to avoid getting gouged for service. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable but the company was charging a price more than 3 times what its worth and 8 times the price of the equipment. Very sorry I wasted money joining your club . Unlikely I will use you for future services, unless absolutely desperate.

I found that completely turning off my recently installed faucet was a problem, and when I called to request service under my warranty, Brian, who had installed it, came the next day and swapped out the valve. He didnt leave until he had it working correctly, and ther was no charge for the repair work.

We had 2 outdated outdoor spigots replaced. Excellent work. Thd new ones do not leak and have much improved freeze protection. We also replaced 3 Kohler toilets with new Totos. The new ones have been far superior and trouble free for 2 years. Very skilled company with excellent service.

This is our first year with Precision. We are extremely impressed with Eric B. and the staff we spoke with at Precision. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and professionally informed us every step of the way as they diagnosed why our chiller system was not functioning. My wife and I highly recommend Precision's professional technicians. In addition to Eric B. completing the job a previous company had left incompletefinallyresulting in a cool, comfortable house, Billy H. came by this morning and fixed two other problems left by previous company! Billy is a professional. He, like Eric, is extremely pleasant and informative, and now our remote Fujitsu unit is up and running, and one of the zones in our heating system that would be costly to fix, according to previous company, was adjusted and manually repaired by Billyno new parts, no charge! Later, Eric Borowske replaced a valve and relay on our boiler system, QC'd previous work, and discussed further additions to our system. He's outstanding. And today (April 23, 2021) Eric worked with electrician Jeff Conklin to complete installation of our new Aprilaire 800 Humidifier system. Both men are excellent technicians, and let us know exactly what was happening, step by step. Precision has made our home more comfortable. Thank you

I needed a remoted doorbell installed outside my gate. The Precision man came out, took measurements and quoted me a price of $1683 after a discount of $187. This seemed pretty expensive so I asked AAA Electric to quote a price. Their man came out, took measurements, and quoted me a price of $150. Egads! I called Precision back and spoke with the man who had given me the quote of $1683 and asked for clarification of why they charged so much. He gave me the blase response that he had itemized the cost of the actions needed to install the doorbell and that he had no control over the cost. Whew! I have used Precision before and knew they were pricy but did excellent work - however, $1683 for a doorbell really was over the top.

Today Eric worked with an electrician, Jeff, to complete installation of our new Aprilaire Model 800 steam humidifier, Honeywell Pro8000 thermostat, and UV germicidal light on our ductwork. We can't say enough about Eric's professionalism and his considerate demeanor as he keeps us informed of each step in the process of installation--and he's a good guy--lucky to be on his job list!

Although we had a bad experience with Precision in 2019 when they replaced a furnace, after complaining of the problems in 2021 we were pleasantly surprised that they apologized for our inconvenience and agreed to replace our furnace entirely without any further charges. Billy explained the process on everything all along the way and was very professional and helpful.

James did an excellent job diagnosing our issue with a multi-zone HVAC system and correcting some wiring issues. Precision earned for my future HVAC business today!

Sam was very punctual and let us know when he was on his way. He was courteous and respectful of our home-putting on shoe coverings, laying a drop cloth on the stairs. (He was even kind to our curious dog!) It was a big job, but he completed it very efficiently. We noticed a big improvement right away after he installed the new furnace. We are happy with the new thermostat and the carbon monoxide detectors that were provided as well. He also cleaned everything up after working and if we didn't have a new furnace, we wouldn't be able to tell that he was even here! Not the cheapest but always reliable and accountable. When poor workmanship can end up flooding your house it's always better to pay a bit more and have confidence that the work was done right.

Excellent furnace maintenance and safety check of plumbing.

Ryan listened well to my observations and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the correct supplies in the truck and was able to replace water regulator. I added a project that he was able to address in the very same visit 😊

Service was very good, I was just surprised (actually shocked) how expensive it was! We had a new sink installed and reconnecting the tubes and installing the garbage disposal was $1,054. The work did take approximately 2 hrs, I am not clear why this would be so expensive. $500 is a very healthy hourly rate!!!

The company lives up to its name, PRECISION Plumbing and Heating. The other co-owner of the house would be there this time to observe his work. We hired Precision Company as furnace installer in 2020 to put in new furnace in rental house. We were satisfied, so called them this week for more work. ., Bill and assistant came out very quickly to do the job.Bill's working style and the finished product were rated excellent. He was knowledgeable; great balance in customer service, willingness to explain the process, yet finishing the job within the time framework that was discussed when hiring their company. Great cleanup which appreciated by homeowners. It is apparent that the company wants to be represented by capable and knowledgeable technicians, customer service & estimators. We're impressed, and will hire them again in future as we want only work done with precision and caring.

Had an emergency and am not familiar with plumbing systems to identify exactly what needed to be done. Josh was amazing in explaining what the problem was but I did not know it to be true. I called the Pinebrook Water Department and he talked to them to find out what they believed and how it was different from his knowledge. He had them go online and they found out he was correct. I was very impressed that he would take the time to make sure I understood and that the water department folks would not give me incorrect info. And all that was before he started work! He was fast, neat and completely fixed the problem and tested it to make sure everything was in good order before he left. He has made me afan of Precision Plumbing!

James installed our boiler a bit over ten years ago. Today we needed a repair. Called Precisions office late morning. James was here a few hours later. Repair completed in less than an hour. Masked properly, bootied, professional and friendly. Not inexpensive, but good value IMO.

Eric was great!

I've had precision out to my place twice. The first time was to look at a heater that wouldn't turn on. Tech sanded down a flame sensor, cleaned it, checked it, and charged me only the $29 trip charge for the whole thing. I've been reamed by other companies who would have charged $400+ for the same work. I had a larger plumbing job later, involving broken pipes and repairs in an area that's been poorly fixed by two previous companies. Precision came out and did it quickly, and much better than the other places (replaced old brass pipes with PVC to prevent more freezing problems). Plumber kept me in the loop and knew what he was doing. This job wasn't bargain-priced, but it's better than another water leak.

Sam was timely, professional, pleasant, and informative. He got the work done quickly, explained the new systems to us, made sure we were up to code, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. We won't be able to say much about the AC unit for a few months, but we're definitely already pleased with the furnace, and with Sam!

We had a loud noise coming from our new furnace and James came over in less than 30 minutes to check it out. He was able to diagnose the problem and let us know everything was operational and safe quickly.

We contracted Precision to replace our furnace and AC unit and could not be happier with the results, and especially with the man who did the work, Sam Yeates. Sam was pleasant, professional, and above all competent. The work was done in a timely manner, he explained the differences in the systems and 'best practices' for using them, he ensured that everything was up to code, and he left the work site spotless when he was finished. We hope to get another 20 years out of these particular appliances, but Precision will still be call #1 for any other repair or service needs that come up.

I had a pipe freeze and the hot water junction popped. I called Precision Plumbing at about 11:30 AM; the plumber arrived about 3:30 and got the junction replaced in a half hour or so.

Brian was very helpful. He informed us that our water heater was too old for the service, and he could not do the drain and cleaning process on that old a hot water heater. He gave us info on the other type of instant hot water heaters. We did not ask him what that type of heater might cost vs the regular heater.

Jacob was able to diagnose my hot water heater noise issue as not being serious. He was very friendly and professional. He did a drain and flush. He also relit my fireplace pilot light even though that was not why he came out.

My kitchen sink was particularly difficult to fix, but Justin provided a very workable solution to the problem. Looks and works great now.

Precision always does an excellent job of keeping me informed of when they will be arriving, and a professional job once they arrive.

We were experiencing a complicated problem with water pressure in our hot water faucets. Brian tried his best to figure out the problem. Even though we were unable to exactly diagnose it, I was very pleased with the effort Brian made and he was good at educating me on how the system should work. We came up with a possible work-around to the problem and will have to monitor it to see if the situation reoccurs. Thank you Brian and Kevin.
